The dive I am forced to stay in has jimmy marks on the outside of the door hardware...The door bar in question gives peace of mind that the door will STAY closed when I'm on the inside, asleep. Saves on the hassle of firearms, and works well as a window jammer to stop entry from my fire escape when I'm away. Rating:  - * Does the job! ... This security bar does the job. I had my large teenage son try with all he had to force the door with the bar in place on hardwood floors and carpet. This is no sissy bar. Rating:  - * Not as good as I had hoped ... Unfortunately, the rubber footing slides, so it's not as effective as I would like it to be. Rating: - * EXCELLENT ITEM ... I really enjoy the Security Bar. I feel secure in my home. When my husband is away, I can truly say, I can fall to sleep without worrying about someone entiring my home. I will be telling others about this excellent product. Rating: - * Master Lock Bar ... I purchased this Master Lock Bar for my daughter's new apartment. Now she can feel secure knowing that no one can enter her apartment while she uses the bar. It braces the door closed from the inside making it impossible to enter. |
